RETURN POLICY
We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence. Items that are sold are guaranteed against D. O. A. (Dead-on-Arrival). They are tested and are covered by our return policy. Items that are covered by manufacturers warranty are spcified. Items that are sold AS-IS are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail within 72 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the D. O. A. guarantee expires. Once an item is shipped back, it will be replaced or fully refunded. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered. MAKE SURE TO TEST THE ITEM WITHIN 72 HOURS ONCE IT IS RECEIVED, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT!

We accept Pay Pal and money order payments through our virtual checkout KYOZOU link.
We also offer a local pick up for our customers, at our warehoues located in Toronto, Canaa. We accept cash only upon local pick up in CAD or USD currency.
PICKUP SCHEDULE
If you wish to schedule a local pick up, click on the checkout link on our auction page, you will need to tick off the CASH/PICK UP box, and select a date for pick up. In addition, please note that our regular scheduled pick up days are Monday to Thursday 9:30AM-6:00PM, and Friday 9:30AM-4:00pm.
If for some reason you wouldn’t be able to p/u your item/s on scheduled date please notify us via email or phone number so we could change your p/u date or please refer back to KYOZOU checkout to change the date, in order to avoid any inconvenience.

SHIPPING
we use Canada Post as a courier to deliver all of our items across Canada and USA. The shipping rates are published by canada Post. The rates posted are Canada Post standard shipping rates for a business. We use Canada Post because they ensure prompt delivery and items received intact. Shipping costs are in US Dollars. They cover Insurance, shipping charges, handling and packaging materials and tracking number which will be emailed to winning bidders automatically once item is ready to be shipped. We will ship item within 3 days after payment has been received. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes,APO/FPO unless they have a physical address. Shipping rate calculator is built in, on each item page for customer to confirm shipping prior purchasing. Each item is packaged, weighed and measured individually prior listed on auction, therefore, unfortunately we cannot offer combined shipping.
USA RESIDENTS
US residents shipping an item over $200 in value, will be required to provide us with a Tax Identification Number or an E.I.N. number. This is required for import into the USA by US Customs and Border Control. If you do not have a Federal Tax ID number, or use of one, you will be asked to provide your Social Security Number. We understand this is a delicate situation, and your SS# is private. If you are not comfortable in releasing this information to us, it can be given directly to the shipping broker. The U. S. A. imposes Customs duty fees / importation taxation, etc., on items being shipped in from a foreign country. We DO NOT cover this cost. Customers are responsible for payment of such fees along with any courier brokerage fees for processing the importation. The price of all the fees is announced to the receiver at the time of delivery or via a bill from courier.
